Our gelato is a ‘step by step’ labor of love. Our ingredients are each personally sourced & hand picked to ensure the highest quality with a clean taste. Every gelato recipe is completely our own. Our perfected gelato base is a combination of locally sourced Wisconsin milk & cream plus sugars & fibers that all come from plants. The flavors we create never have any added colors, artificial toppings, extra oils or processed mix-ins. We craft every recipe from complete scratch in order to have the perfect balance, smooth texture & indulgent flavor. Our biggest inspiration is our own imagination, the places we’ve been, the seasons of the year & all the tastes of Wisconsin. We create with only the best!

Our specialty gelato & sorbet are a unique dessert your guests will love to talk about! We offer personalized packages to suit any style of event with our unique and classy gelato truck, styled gelato carts, or single scoop delivery. We are based out of Appleton, Wisconsin & travel the greater Fox Cities area, Green Bay, Oshkosh and just over an hour’s distance from home.
