WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?  

We are a mobile gelato company based in Appleton, WI. We do not have a public retail shop or location, but you can always find our public outing schedule here theknottedcone.com/events. Follow along on social media as well for our most recent updates and pop-up sales.

HOW CAN I GET YOUR GELATO?

The easiest way to get our gelato in your hands is at our public outings & pop-ups! Our company focus is mainly private events, however we have a local gelato truck outing almost every Sunday in the summer. It is located on the north side of Appleton at Northsider Convenience Station, 11-2p (or sell out). This is the best public spot to find us serving fresh scoops on site and to come try our weekly lineup of flavors. WHAT ARE YOUR FLAVORS?

Our flavors are continually changing! We never have a set list. This is the best part of what we do! As the seasons change, our ingredients change, and new ideas come up….we put our creativity to work. For our public outings, we try to always post on our social media accounts our flavor line up for events. So if you’re looking for the flavors of the day, please check in on Facebook or Instagram. Otherwise, just come for the menu surprise at the truck!

DO YOU MAKE ANYTHING DAIRY FREE or GLUTEN FREE?

Why yes! Any of our sorbet flavors will always be dairy free. On the occasion, we use plant based milk (oat, almond, coconut, etc.) for special flavors. We will always designate on our menu which flavors are dairy free. As far as gluten free….all of our flavors are naturally gluten free minus a cone or wafer cookie on top. We do occasionally have flavors with bakery mix-ins or special ingredients that may contain gluten. Please ask if you have any concerns. HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL FOR PRIVATE EVENTS?

1.15 hours maximum from Mackville, WI

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS & DELIVERY?

Absolutely, we can make anything custom! The minimum batch per flavor is 30 servings (approximately a gallon). This is the smallest batch our machinery can make, therefore this is the smallest custom order. We can package the gelato in our eco-tub containers for you to scoop or pre-scoop the gelato into dishes with lids for you. All custom orders will come with spoons, napkins, & wafer cookies on the side. Price starts at $110 not including delivery. *All custom orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance* Want to place an order?
